This Product File is compiled for the use of Stannah Lifts personnel. The equipment to which this file pertains is only sold by Stannah; design, manufacture, quality assurance & installation aspects of the equipment supply process are all undertaken by the supplier. Thus there is no compulsion on the part of Stannah to produce a Technical File such as to demonstrate compliance of the equipment to the EC Machinery Directive 98/37/EC. A Certificate of Conformity confirming compliance to relevant standards & specifications has been provided by the supplier. The aim in producing this file was to collate as much information as possible in order that it may act as a technical resources. This will help towards the company's objective of being able to promote & technically support the product to the same level as lifts of Stannah's own manufacture. Access for Stannah personnel to detailed product information is essential to ensure that a good quality of service & 'best advice' is delivered to customers.
