9  PANELS AND CARPET

9.1  Floor Panel.
       Fit the floor panel to the top of the floor frame from inside the cabin with the fixings provided.

9.2 Carriage Rear Concertina Panels.
         With the cabin at the lowest level, fit the two lower panel fixing brackets to  the rear carriage. 

9.3  Ensure all panels are held tightly whilst moving.
Take care to locate the two studs of the bottom concertina panel in the top of the cabin.



9.4  Extend the panels upwards.
Slide your fingers behind the middle panel and bring the panels towards you.
Locate the fixing lug between the panel and the screw.


9.5  Whilst supporting the top panel with one hand, tighten the screw nearest the guides on both sides of the Homelift.





9.6  Add the two fixing screws that attach the upper concertina panel to the ceiling infil panel.





9.7  Gently slide the middle concertina panel up to reveal the two fixing holes in the front of the bottom panel.
Insert a screwdriver or similar instrument into the hole on the side of the concertina panel as shown to hold the middle panel in position while you drill through and fix using 2 off no. 8 x 1/2" pan head self tap screws.
Removal is the reversal of the fitting.
