Homelift Installation Guide

6  OVERHEAD GANTRY INFIL

6.3 Attach the gantry support legs, do not tighten the fixing bolts. Connect in  the separation switch on the gantry leg.  Raise the cabin to lift the  overhead gantry.

6.4
Adjust leg grub screws to level the gantry. The gantry upon lowering  should touch the front first for best results. However, too much angle  will result in the front safety edge stopping the lift before the  overide switch is made, thus stopping the lift in the down  direction.
Level gantry left to right placing spirit level to front edge of gantry panel  of gantry frame. Tighten leg fixing bolts and grub screw locknut.

Note:  M8 screws are supplied for squaring the gantry to the aperture ring, if required.

6.5  Fit the gantry coiled cable support bar and connect coiled cable via push fit  connection then clamp cable.

6.6
Adjust the infil board nuts to level the infil board.  The required movement of the board, when pushed down, should be approximately 8mm.
(
Use 8mm allen key or similar for spacer).
It is important that this dimension is correct as it can affect the working of the up sensitive edges. Refer to 8.2.
Adjust the up sensitive edge switches to give a 3mm clearance.
